When the clutch shaft connected with power through chain wheel, gear wheel, V-belt pulley, when the motor working, driving flange plate will be rotated together. But in this time, the flange plate is separated and not working. If needed to transmit power from driving shaft to driven flange plate, we should input air pressure, making flange plate touches with friction pad,clutch linked, power transmitted from driving shaft to driven flange plate, then the driven part flange plate will be rotating together.
